I had to wait awhile before they even let me over to start. Then my massage chair didn't work, my water was cold and I had to wait about 25 minutes before they started. When the guy came over to trim my nails and paint them I told him not to Cut them short and then he did. After wards I told him that I didn't want them short and then he didn't but they were uneven. Overall I was unpleased with the whole experience and will most likely not go back.
1st they gave me the wrong price when I arrived, and tried to charge me more when I checked out!!! 2nd I got there at 5pm and I got the total rush job! 3rd none of them can speak any English, as they are working in USA and servicing Americans? Don't bother, way to overpriced and definitely not worth the money.
I went in to get a overlay and instead of the guy just doing what I asked he insist I get something else. He then called another guy over and they spoke in their language and I told the other guy what I wanted. He wanted to clip my nails I said no he got upset and called the other guy again. The other guy was like someone will help you. I told them I'm not paying for something I don't want the guy got upset and left. I waited maybe 5 mins and I left. I will not be going back there again unprofessional and attitudes I can't handle. I will drive a hour away to get better service.
Speak English instead of Vietnamese. Not all the time. I don't care for it when they talk to each other when I cant understand them.. Other then that it was GREAT.
They remodeled the inside. Very nice. New employees. Super good.
At first they were just trying to upsell, but once I told them exactly what I wanted, they did just that. Very pleased.
