Helpful sales lady, but tried a bit too hard. Nice selection, expensive too. I was just starting a buying process so I was just looking. I cannot comment on a sales experience or customer service if something were to go wrong.
Lisa is very good at finding exactly what you are looking for. All I have to do now is measure my space and see if a loveseat, loveseat with center storage, or couch will fit better in my living room. I can't wait to go back and get exactly what I am looking for! All of the staff is very friendly and I was greeted when I walked in the door! I would highly recommend going here for your furniture needs!
The store and reps are great but if u don't have a credit history don't think about finacing here. It gets declined
Great People Good sales team, poorest Quality I have seen, and setup and delivery Okay (Check all the Screws and bolts before they leave!), less than a month old and the cushions are looking like they are over a year old, low quality foam for the seat cushions, and the frabic twisted around them, the Fabric isnt covering the whole cushion, just the top, three sides and part of the bottom so they cant be turned, fiber fill for throw pillows gone flat, as well as the fiber fill in the bcak of the sofa, Only 2 people in this house, the love seat is looking good but never gets used, the only thing I can say about this furniture is it looked great in the showroom!!! Great if you want to just look at it, but for daily use look for something different, Cheap Product and not priced to match! (Update)..... They did replace the cushions and throw pillows for the couch, so I am updating my review, the delivery guys did good and the store did what they said, so I am upgrading the review from a 2 star to a 4 just because of the customer service, I am still not sure of the product, I think for the price paid for the furniture the quality could be higher, We got 2 Queen Beds, a Full Size Bed Dining room Table and 4 Chairs Sofa Loveseat and Chair, 2 end tables, coffee table and entertainment center, over a 2 week period. Like I said Great people, willing to do there best to help, and make it right! I wish the quality of the product were as high as the Standards of the owner/Manager and sales people, they get 5 Stars!
