Very good experience. I understand it's a business and the sales people need to make money - however, no one enjoys the song and dance of negotiating and the time that all takes. Everyone was very courteous of my limited time to actually spend at the dealership. We spoke mostly over the phone, and they were very responsive. If they said they would call me back in 15 minutes, they did! Excellent service and very knowledgeable people. Our salesman was down to earth and made us feel well taken care of!
