We have stopped there at different times of the day to get Boston Cream and they haven't had any. Shouldn't a donut shop have donuts no matter what time it is. The girl last night told me to come back at 530 tomorrow morning. She was very rude.
One of the newest and best managed DD's that we've been to in the Midwest. We love it.
Honestly, we were pretty happy to have Dunkin Doughnuts in Prairie du Chien. We come through often. We visited 4 times in the past month and the service gets worse and worse. 3 weeks ago the staff told the customer next to me after they run out of doughnuts at 11 am on a Sunday they aren't making any more. Today the person taking our order was clearly irritated to be there and the gal that made the drinks told a lady holding a baby and toddler to go get her own straw and napkins (rudely)
Not much hope left for this location. It's spiraling downhill fast
I find the service always upbeat and very helpful even when really busy!! Even if they did run out of the donut I want ... the service will always bring me back!!!
When we ordered our drinks the espresso machine was being cleaned. When we pulled up to the window to pay, we were told our drinks were free. The wait was only an additional four minutes due to the machine being cleaned. When our drinks were delivered at the curb, they had upgraded them both to large. We also got free donuts because of the wait. We didn’t mind the wait at all, so this far above and beyond! The coffee was excellent as well!
